Welcome to Fix TV Repair Centre. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website fixtvrepairs.co.za (the "Site") and our television repair services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Services.
Description of Services
Fix TV Repair Centre provides on-site television repair services for residential and commercial customers in the Gauteng province of South Africa. Our services include diagnosis and repair of various television issues, including but not limited to power problems, screen issues, sound problems, and signal connectivity issues.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our Site and Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
Booking and Payment Terms
Service Booking
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Fix TV Repair Centre. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit card, and electronic funds transfer. A diagnostic fee of R350 may be charged if the customer declines the repair after receiving a quote.
No Call-Out Fee
Fix TV Repair Centre does not charge a call-out fee for our services. If a quote is accepted, the diagnostic fee (if applicable) will be waived.
Warranty
Our services are backed by a comprehensive warranty of up to 36 months on parts and labor. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix TV Repair Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
- Any content obtained from our Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fix TV Repair Centre and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fix TV Repair Centre.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
